My ideal client is someone who is ready to tackle things that have been weighing them down, wants to grow their tool kit and gain better coping skills. I also enjoy working with couples who are ready to look inward and be honest with themselves on their roles in the dynamics and improve. I work with a wide array of clients but my most common clientele include adults who struggle with anxiety, ADHD and/or depression and couples struggling to communicate or want to improve their bond even further.
My passion is to help my clients achieve their goals through self-awareness, openness and a willingness to work. I also thoroughly enjoy working with couples who want to further improve their bond or navigate difficult times. I accomplish this in therapy by using strength focused and motivational therapy techniques.
I am currently offering virtual sessions and can be reached by email at nawal@noorpw.com.

Everyone is struggling with something, and I want to be there for you in your time of need. I will sit with you in the dark and help you find a way to turn on the light. I work primarily with adults struggling with grief, trauma, and anxiety in both individual and group capacities.
Together we will tailor an approach that fits you best, pulling from evidence-based treatment methods such as CBT, narrative therapy, existential therapy, and other psychodynamic approaches. We will work together to help you develop coping skills, build resiliency, and enhance self-awareness to help you reach your goals.
If you could use some help navigating through the hardships in your life, please contact me to set up an appointment. You do not have to do this alone. I am currently taking virtual appointments and can be reach by email or phone.
I can be reached at Anna@noorpw.com or at (815) 694-6649.

As a clinician with experience in therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, and play therapy, my goal is to support you in building resilience. Life can be challenging, and it is natural to feel weighed down by emotions that leave us feeling stuck. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can share your concerns, feel validated in your experiences, and work toward developing effective coping strategies.
I am passionate about providing psychoeducation and walking alongside clients through life’s many transitions. Together, we can navigate the journey of healing (even during times of uncertainty, grief, hopelessness, or distress) while fostering strength, clarity, and hope.
Together, we can begin working toward healthier outcomes, at a pace that feels right for you. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs. By combining evidence-based techniques with compassionate guidance, I help clients gain insight, and strengthen resilience, creating a space for meaningful growth and positive change.
I am currently offering both in person and virtual sessions and can be reached by email at katrina@noorpw.com.
